Kim is completely captivating on stage. She blends humor, vulnerability, and sharp insight in a way that keeps the audience fully engaged. Her stories from the world of reality TV are fascinating, but what really stands out is the personal reflection underneath it all. The show feels authentic, heartfelt, and thought provoking.
What I didn't like
The show is strong as it is. As it continues to evolve, expanding a few of the most powerful personal moments could make the emotional impact even deeper. Overall it is a compelling and memorable performance.
My overall impression
Reality Check is a powerful, funny, and deeply honest one-woman show. Kim Clevenger takes the audience through her years working in reality television while also exploring the bigger question many of us face. Are we actually living the life we dreamed of? Her storytelling is engaging, thoughtful, and incredibly relatable. I left feeling inspired to keep chasing the things that matter most. I have thought so much about it since the show.
